Shipping Method
Most orders are shipped through USPS with tracking information provided once the package has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Tracking
Customers will receive tracking information by email once the order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. TIEMPOX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, customers must contact us within the first 7 days and provide photos, tracking information, and order details for review.
In-Person Sales
All in-person sales are considered final unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Returns & Replacements
Approved replacement requests must include the original packaging, and the product must not show signs of misuse or excessive wear.
TIEMPOX WATCHES LLC reserves the right to reject requests that do not comply with these conditions.
