RETURNS & REFUNDS

At TIEMPOX WATCHES LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We offer replacements or credit for products that arrive damaged, defective, or with manufacturing issues.

To qualify for a replacement or review:

* The watch must be returned in its original packaging.

* The product must show no signs of misuse, physical damage, or excessive wear.

* Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

* Customers must provide photos and a description of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, TIEMPOX will replace the watch at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

* Normal wear and tear

* Damage caused by accidents, water, or misuse

* Incorrect model selection or personal preference

* Change of mind after purchase

Certain sale items, promotional products, or limited editions may be considered final sale.

Return instructions and shipping details will be provided after the request has been reviewed and approved.

TIEMPOX WATCHES LLC reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
