RETURNS & REFUNDS

At TIEMPOX WATCHES LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. • Be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, manuals, and protective materials. • Show no signs of wear, damage, alterations, or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products showing signs of use, damage, or modification. • Items returned without original packaging. • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items, unless required by law.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate solution.

Certain sale items, promotional products, or limited editions may be considered final sale.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. While refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
